Rocky intertidal communities occur on rocky shores, such as headlands, cobble beaches, or human-made jetties.

There was always bird action on this very special jetty. I try to be there every morning and afternoon and would always find some new birds resting peacefully or foraging for food without disturbing each other. All of them were also extremly tame and did not take off. A photographers heaven in LaPaz, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
